Natural Spirituality Regional Gathering

Natural Spirituality Gathering: Dreams and The Underworld

This year's conference theme was inspired by the book The Dream and the Underworld by James Hillman. We encourage all to play with this theme as you would a dream.

  • What does it mean to you in your life?

  • What archetypal energy speaks to you when you think of our theme?

We are moving away from literalization and into the realm of soul and symbol. We move into the liminal space of the in between, liberating us from what we may have held so tightly in the past. The underworld can be:

  • the unconscious

  • the place of the ancestors

  • the landscape of living images

  • a place of dreams, and loss, and memory, and more.

Come join us in this exploration, full of amazing presentations, workshops, music, community, and, of course, dreams.

Day Retreat with Kathy McFaul

Where do we find strength and encouragement during these times?

Consider the mystics, both classic and contemporary, who sought a direct experience with the sacred. Their journey of inner reflection and a deepening understanding of the Holy One can speak into our lives and strengthen our own relationships with God.

Retreat Agenda

Our day will have a contemplative pace, incorporating silent prayer, periods of quiet reflection and integration, and small group sharing.

Register: Visit the ISDN Website and click the menu item, “Day Retreat with Kathy McFaul.”
